Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET u/d dog food is a complete, dietary pet food designed to reduce the formation of urate stones, reduce the formation of cystine stones, and lower copper content in the liver of adult dogs. This food contains a moderate level of sulfur-containing amino acids, low purine levels, low protein levels, but they are of high quality, selected protein sources, limited copper levels, and it has urine alkalinizing properties. INGREDIENTS: cereals, plant-based by-products, oils and fats, eggs and egg by-products, minerals, meat and animal by-products, seeds. Protein source: egg powder. Urine alkalinizing substances: potassium citrate, calcium carbonate. Analytical components: crude protein 10%, crude fat 19.1%, crude fiber 2.4%, total sulfur amino acids 0.52%, crude ash 3.3%, calcium 0.42%, phosphorus 0.17%, sodium 0.22%, potassium 0.57%, magnesium 0.05%, chlorides 0.52%, sulfur 0.18%, hydroxyproline 0.004%. Nutritional additives per 1 kg: E672 (vit. A) 9657 IU, D3 vit. 808 mg, 3a700 (vit. Technological additives: antioxidants. Dosage: Feed only with this food. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use. Feed the amount indicated on the packaging according to the dog's weight. Then adjust it to the animal's needs to maintain optimal body weight; the daily dose can be divided into two or more meals a day. Recommended duration of use: initially up to 6 months, but in case of urinary acidity disorders, use for life; to reduce the formation of cystine stones: initially up to 1 year.
