Hill's PRESCRIPTION DIET l/d dog food is a complete, dietary pet food designed to support liver function in cases of chronic liver failure and to reduce copper levels in the liver of adult dogs. This food has a moderate level of selected and highly digestible protein and a limited copper level. DOSAGE: Feed only this food. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian before use. Feed the amount indicated on the packaging according to the dog's weight. Then adjust it to the animal's needs to maintain optimal body weight; the daily dose can be divided into 2+ meals per day. Recommended duration of use: to support liver function in cases of chronic liver failure: initially up to 4 months; to reduce copper levels in the liver: initially up to 6 months.
