Quantity in the package:
Supplement for dogs and cats for struvite prevention with L-methionine.
Maintains urinary tract health and reduces the formation of struvite stones.
L-methionine has urine acidifying properties.
Composition: hydrolyzed poultry protein, starch, gelatin (coating), magnesium stearate, calcium carbonate (coating).
Active ingredients: L-methionine (500mg/2 capsules).
Analytical composition: crude protein 60.8%, crude fiber 1.4%, crude fat 3.8%, calcium 0.6%, phosphorus 0.1%, sodium 0.0%, magnesium 0.2%, potassium 0.0%, chlorides 0.0%, sulfur 7.6%, starch 14.6%.
Usage: recommended dosage (based on body weight) to be given with food:
- <10 kg - 1 capsule every 12 hours
- 10-25 kg – 2 capsules every 12 hours
- >25 kg – 3 capsules every 12 hours
Recommended usage period: up to 6 months. If necessary, the capsule can be opened and its contents mixed with food.
If feeding only dry food, it should be lightly moistened to help the capsule contents adhere better.
It is advisable to consult a veterinarian before use.
